Club Motoneige Diable et Rouge (668-12)

History

The Diable et Rouge snowmobile club has been present in the Mont-Tremblant for over 45 years.

Along the years, our trail network has evolved to the great benefit of the snowmobilers in the region.

Starting in the 70’s, the following grooming machines have been used by the club:

  • Snowmobiles
  • An Alpine
  • A BR 160
  • An MLS, following an accident on Mercier lake, it has been replaced by a BR400

One of the club’s accomplishment has been the “BOB MORTON TRAIL”; in honor of an ex-president of the club.

Robert Morton conceived and supervised the trail’s construction which starts in Bréboeuf, crosses the region’s mountains and reaches Trans Québec 43 trail.

The Diable et Rouge Snowmobile Club is proud of the many Blizz D’Or Awards, given by the FCMQ.

  • Blizz d’Or sécurité  2001 et 2002
  • Blizz d’Or  Club émérite 2001
  • Prix d’Excellence CCOM Club émérite 2001

And not to be forgotten, the Blizz D’Or and medal of honor awarded to Benoit Pîché for his bravery act on the Mercier Lake accident; also an honor well deserved for the whole club.

Finally, the club engages to provide a top notch quality service to all snowmobilers !!
